Remote Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Entering customer and account data from various sources into corresponding fields within our database software, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Identifying and correcting errors using appropriate quality control methods, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity. * Reviewing data for discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents, ensuring that all necessary data is accurately captured. * Notifying applicable department leadership if the system is not accepting information, facilitating prompt resolution and minimizing delays. * Maintaining a daily production log to ensure all time and work is accurately documented, providing valuable insights into productivity and efficiency.
* Performing other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our team and organization. Required Skills To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent alpha and number recognition skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. * The ability to work quickly and accurately, meeting productivity targets and deadlines. * A typing speed of 45-50 wpm (equivalent to 10,000 keystrokes per hour), ensuring efficient data entry and minimizing errors. * Two years of experience in a full Data Entry capacity, with a proven track record of success and accuracy.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration and communication with team members and stakeholders. * The ability to work both independently and as part of a group, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines. * The ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline. * Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift, ensuring seamless continuity and minimizing disruptions. * The ability to work Full-Time and/or Part-Time based on the specific position for which you're applying, offering flexibility and adaptability.
Required Experience To be considered for this role, you'll need to have: * A high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and learning. * Two years of experience in a full Data Entry capacity, with a proven track record of success and accuracy.
