Guiding dealers through sharing best practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help dealers achieve high standards of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives. Collaborating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer experiences.
Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments to provide expert support to our customers. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Computer Science. 1-3 years of successful enterprise-class sales experience, preferably in the e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries.
Demonstrated achievement in exceeding income objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused approach. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs. Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, with a strong enthusiasm for success and winning. Remarkable business judgment, with strong written and oral communication skills. Advanced analytical abilities and quantitative skills, with the ability to work with complex financial data.
Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will give you a competitive edge in this role: 2+ years of e-commerce experience, with a deep understanding of the industry and its trends. 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics sector, with a strong knowledge of the market and its players. 3+ years of direct sales experience, with a proven track record of success in sales and account management.
