Your work will play a critical role in supporting our clients' payroll processing, account management, and tax compliance needs. Key Responsibilities Enter client employee payroll information and personal data into databases in a timely and accurate manner to facilitate payroll processing. Update client and company-level information, including delivery addresses and contact details, to maintain accurate and up-to-date account records. Input State Unemployment Insurance rate changes to ensure the integrity of client taxes and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Work closely with clients and internal teams to resolve data entry issues, address queries, and provide support as needed. Utilize basic Excel skills and computer knowledge to perform data entry tasks efficiently and effectively. Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. At least 1 year of experience in data entry, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and software. Preferred qualifications include: bolthires Excel experience (1 year or more). Previous experience working in a remote or hybrid environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively.
