Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of our mission to deliver outstanding customer experiences through accurate and efficient data entry services.
Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that require analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Gaining knowledge of RxClaim and participating in enterprise requirement determinations, checking out and documentation for Clinical Adjudication tasks, and collaborating to discover the root reason for override issues. Working on and delivering final products for branch projects and PA sports in a timely manner, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Supporting CAPAS carrier catalog offerings and incorporating progressive enhancements into all elements of the CAPAS operations. Supporting the implementation of patron PA documents during the Clinical overview part of the member statistics transition process. Collaborating with colleagues to identify and resolve issues, and demonstrating arenaflex values such as collaboration and accountability. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 1-2 years of analytical experience working with large data sets for projects or trending/possibility identification.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and follow validated reasoning and judgment for CAPAS-associated tasks and projects. Excellent verbal and organizational skills, with the ability to articulate complex/technical ideas to non-technical/lay users. A self-motivated and effective attitude, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: RxClaim experience, particularly adjudication associated with PA overrides.
Advanced skills in bolthires Office Suite, including the ability to run queries in RxClaim or Data Warehouse. Experience using MS Access database.
