Key Responsibilities Data Entry: Accurately input and update records in Jobmatrixo's internal systems, ensuring data quality and integrity. Data Verification: Review entries to ensure information is complete and accurate, identifying and correcting any discrepancies or errors. Database Maintenance: Organize and maintain records for operational efficiency, ensuring that data is up-to-date and easily accessible. Collaboration: Communicate with virtual teams to resolve data discrepancies, providing excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders. Efficiency Goals: Meet productivity targets while maintaining a high standard of quality, continually seeking ways to improve processes and increase efficiency. What We're Looking For in a Candidate To be successful in this role, you will need to possess certain skills and qualifications. These include: Basic Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
