Job Overview We are seeking an experienced

Remote Financial Customer Service Representative to at arenaflex. As a key member of our Support Team, you will serve as the Single Point of Contact between our clients and internal departments, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a 100% remote opportunity, offering flexibility and work-life balance. The anticipated start date for this role is May 27th, and we are looking for candidates who are available to work Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm EST, or alternatively, 9am-6pm CST or 10am-7pm MST.

Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inbound calls and emails, and proactively following up to resolve any issues or concerns. Maintain client focus at all times, adhering to Client Service Standards and taking ownership of all inquiries. Keep clients informed throughout the process, providing regular updates and status reports. Generate outbound calls when contact is needed throughout the process. Conference in Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as needed to resolve issues and answer questions.

Document interactions with clients in internal systems to ensure seamless communication across departments. Maintain regular and punctual attendance, even in a remote work environment. Essential Qualifications 3 years of mortgage experience, with a preference for mortgage closing, processing, or funding experience. Knowledge of different types of loans, including FHA and VA loans. Understanding of the mortgage process flow and established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Ability to effectively and professionally communicate via phone and email.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial or mortgage industry. Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
