As a Remote Healthcare Benefits Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team that's dedicated to helping our clients navigate the complexities of benefits enrollment and plan updates. **Job Overview** As a Remote Healthcare Benefits Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting our clients during the benefits enrollment process and helping them manage updates to healthcare or pension plans via phone, web chat, and email. You'll receive full training and ongoing support to grow into a multi-client support specialist, and you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. **Schedule** We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we offer a flexible schedule that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Remote Healthcare Benefits Customer Service Representative, you'll be required to work Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM EST. During peak seasons, you can expect to work full-time (40 hours/week), and during off-seasons, you'll work 32-40 hours/week. We're committed to providing a healthy work-life balance, and we're confident that our flexible schedule will allow you to thrive in this role. **Job Responsibilities** As a Remote Healthcare Benefits Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Assisting clients in navigating benefits enrollment and plan updates via phone, web chat, and email * Delivering high-quality service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded * Beginning with one client and gaining cross-training opportunities to develop your skills and expertise * Collaborating virtually with a supportive and experienced team to achieve our goals and objectives * Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED required * At least 3 consecutive years of recent, verifiable employment in any industry * Must reside within 2 hours of Buffalo, NY * Must be available to pick up equipment in-person on Day 1 * Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus and earns additional pay **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications * Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Remote Healthcare Benefits Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
