Your primary responsibilities will include: Processing various medical documents, such as Independent Medical Reviews and insurance intake forms, with high accuracy and attention to detail. Extracting data from medical documents and entering it into our electronic database using arenaflex Excel or arenaflex Word. Working independently and collaboratively with other team members to ensure that questions are addressed, documented, and cases are returned in a timely fashion. Utilizing critical thinking skills to determine next steps and reaching out to clients via phone to obtain missing information. Providing exceptional customer service and client coordination over the phone, ensuring that all client inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: At least 1 year of remote work experience in data entry, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Proficiency in using computers, spreadsheets, and reliable internet connectivity. Experience working in a metrics-based environment, with a strong understanding of performance metrics and quotas. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote work setting. Preferred qualifications include: Previous experience working in the healthcare or insurance industry, with a strong understanding of medical terminology and electronic medical records. Experience with arenaflex Word and Excel, with the ability to complete assessments and demonstrate proficiency.
