Our team of experienced recruiting professionals has a proven track record of matching the right candidate with the right client for the right position. **Key Details** * **Training Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM CST (through October 31, 2025) * **Work Schedule:** Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM CST (final shift assigned before training ends) * **Pay Rate:** $17.00/hr * **Location:** Remote – Must reside within 25 miles or a 45-minute commute of Nashville, TN 37214 * **Equipment Provided:** arenaflex will provide all necessary equipment, including a laptop, monitor, headset, cables, mouse, and keyboard. **What You'll Do** As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) on our HR & Benefits support team, you will be responsible for: * Responding to incoming calls and emails from employees and former employees * Resolving HR and benefits-related inquiries with professionalism and empathy * Applying and explaining policies, tracking and following up on transactions * Escalating recurring issues to Technical Analysts and Team Managers * Maintaining confidentiality and following all data privacy regulations * Remaining flexible during high-volume periods and completing all required training **What You Bring** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess: * A high school diploma or GED * Minimum 6 months of call center or benefits-related experience * Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills * Reliable, quiet home workspace that passes inspection * Commitment to full attendance during training * Bilingual skills are a plus **Technical Requirements** To ensure a seamless remote work experience, you will need to meet the following technical requirements: * Internet speed: Minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload / Ping ≤ 175 * Must be hardwired to a router (Wi-Fi, 5G, or hotspots not permitted) * Speed test screenshot from Google Fiber Speed Test required * Visual inspection of workspace prior to start **What We Provide** As a valued member of our team, you can expect: * Paid training in a supportive, remote team environment * Opportunities for growth in HR and benefits support * A comprehensive onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition * Ongoing support and resources to help you succeed in your role **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we value professionalism, empathy, and excellence.
