- Helping users with login access, account updates, billing requests, and product navigation
- Utilizing prewritten response templates, macros, and workflows to resolve issues efficiently
- Tagging tickets and logging each interaction for internal tracking
- Escalating unresolved issues to Tier 2 support as needed
- Maintaining a professional, friendly, and on-brand tone in all interactions
