Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional results, and we're excited to welcome a talented Remote Notary to our family. **Job Summary** We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Notary to join our team, working remotely in the United States only. As a Remote Notary, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional professional service, guiding clients through the online notarization process, and ensuring accurate and legal online notarizations. You'll also be required to notarize closing documents as a Loan Signing Agent, answer incoming customer phone calls and live chat requests, and assist with customer product education, system knowledge, and troubleshooting. **Key Responsibilities** * Complete accurate and legal online notarizations * Notarize closing documents as a Loan Signing Agent * Answer incoming customer phone calls and/or respond to live chat requests to assist customers with the online notarization process, individuals searching for RON providers, and other company-related questions * Assist with customer product education, system knowledge, troubleshooting, and white glove assistance as needed * Monitor customer progress and offer assistance and education to clients as needed * Assist with customer product education, system knowledge, and troubleshooting * Monitor schedule email inbox, calculate and request invoices, and follow up as needed * Submit tickets for platform issues or recommendations as they arise * Attend monthly meetings and cross-trainings as required * Perform all other duties as assigned **Essential Qualifications** * Must be a U.S. citizen * Must have a valid Notary Public commission * Must have a reliable computer, internet connection, and home office setup * Must be able to work independently and as part of a team * Must have excellent communication and customer service skills * Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience as a Remote Notary or Loan Signing Agent * Knowledge of online notarization platforms and eClosing protocols * Experience with customer service and support * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a virtual environment and communicate effectively with team members and clients **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong knowledge of online notarization platforms and eClosing protocols * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
