We're seeking an experienced Retail Associate/Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding and purchasing the right products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. As a Retail Associate/Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Assist customers in locating products in the store, providing detailed information and advice on our natural products
- Operate the cash register and handle financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Assist in receiving inventory, replenishing shelves, and organizing back stock to maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing store environment
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to careerzynith's high standards of cleanliness and customer experience
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and provide exceptional customer service
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on new products, services, and industry developments
- Contribute to the development of careerzynith's community-focused initiatives and events
- *Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Previous experience in the natural products industry, although not essential, is highly preferred
- A strong interest in natural health and wellness, with a passion for learning about new products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
- Ability to work cooperatively in a small team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
- Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating the point-of-sale system
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- *Working Hours**
Our store operates from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday and 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM on weekends. The position requires availability on Saturdays and possibly Sundays. We offer a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs, with opportunities for overtime and professional development.
