As a Retail Customer Service Cashier at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service, including answering questions, resolving issues, and making recommendations to customers
- Operating a cash register, processing transactions, and handling cash, credit card, and mobile payments
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and performing other tasks as needed
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive store atmosphere
- Participating in visual merchandising, including setting up displays, creating window displays, and maintaining store appearance
- Maintaining accurate records, including sales data, customer information, and inventory levels
- Performing other tasks as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and special projects
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
- Previous retail experience preferred, but not required; we'll teach you the skills you need to succeed!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
- Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales strategies
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures
