As a Retail Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for teaching our AI chatbots to engage with customers in a natural and intuitive way. This will involve:
- **Conversational AI Training:** You'll have conversations with our chatbots to measure their progress and identify areas for improvement.
- **Content Creation:** You'll write novel conversations to teach our chatbots what to say and how to respond to customer inquiries.
- **Assessment and Feedback:** You'll participate in regular assessments to evaluate the performance of our chatbots and provide feedback to our development team.

- **Research and Fact-Checking:** Conduct research and fact-checking to ensure the accuracy and originality of our chatbot responses.
- *Qualifications**
- **Fluent in English:** Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- **Bachelor's Degree:** Completed or in progress, in a relevant field such as English, Communications, or Computer Science.
- **Excellent Writing and Grammar Skills:** Strong writing and grammar skills, with the ability to write engaging and informative content.
- **Strong Research and Fact-Checking Skills:** Ability to conduct research and fact-checking to ensure the accuracy and originality of our chatbot responses.
- **Previous Experience:** Previous experience as a Freelance Writer, Content Writer, Editor, Copywriter, Copy Editor, or those with experience in journalism and/or media is preferred but not required.
