- *Responsibilities:**
As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- **Interacting with customers**: Provide exceptional customer service in a courteous and professional manner, creating raving fans.
- **Assisting sales consultants**: Help finalize sales orders, including payment transactions, delivery setup, and more.
- **Triaging incoming phone calls**: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- **Contacting customers**: Reach out to customers to resolve delivery and service issues, ensuring their satisfaction.
- **Reconciling cash drawer**: Accurately reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- *Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- **Proficient computer skills**: Familiarity with new programs and technology.
- **Excellent communication skills**: Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- **Mathematical and organizational skills**: Accurately process transactions and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- **Reading and communication skills**: Ability to read and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- **1-2 years of retail experience**: Preferred but not required.
