As a Retail Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of arenaflex products, including their features, benefits, and applications
- Recommending the right solutions to customers, based on their needs and preferences
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and drive business growth
- Maintaining the high quality and visual standards of our products and store displays
- Participating in visual merchandising and store displays, including setting up and maintaining displays, and ensuring that they meet arenaflex's high standards
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences, to ensure that arenaflex remains competitive and innovative
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of arenaflex products, including their features, benefits, and applications
- Recommend the right solutions to customers, based on their needs and preferences

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences, to ensure that arenaflex remains competitive and innovative
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, or communications) preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer-facing role, with a focus on customer service and sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move around the store as needed
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience working in a retail or customer-facing role, with a focus on customer service and sales
- Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop this knowledge
- Experience with visual merchandising and store displays, including setting up and maintaining displays
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
