  • Participating in visual merchandising and store displays, including setting up and maintaining displays, and ensuring that they meet arenaflex's high standards

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, or communications) preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer-facing role, with a focus on customer service and sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move around the store as needed
