- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Retail Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate I, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and being able to answer customer questions about our products and services
- Identifying and preventing potential losses through vigilant observation and reporting of suspicious activity to management
- Collaborating with the Loss Prevention team to investigate and resolve incidents of theft and other losses
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
- Participating in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring that our stores are always visually appealing and engaging
- Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, including sales data, customer feedback, and loss prevention incidents
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in loss prevention or a related field
- Knowledge of retail operations and loss prevention principles
- Certification in loss prevention or a related field (e.g. CPP, CLTP)
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish preferred)
- Experience with visual merchandising and store displays
