As a Retail Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate II, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of awareness and vigilance to prevent and investigate potential losses. You'll work closely with our Loss Prevention team to identify and address security risks, ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment for our customers. - Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a high level of awareness and vigilance to prevent and investigate potential losses, including shoplifting, theft, and other security risks
- Collaborate with the Loss Prevention team to identify and address security risks, implementing strategies to prevent and deter losses
- Conduct regular security checks, monitoring CCTV cameras and responding to alarms as necessary
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to promote a positive shopping experience
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in loss prevention and customer service
- Work collaboratively with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, law enforcement, or security) preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail or security-related role, with a focus on customer service and loss prevention
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
