Our automatic rollover services, health savings accounts, emergency savings funds, custody services, and more have earned us recognition on lists such as Crain's Fast 50 and Inc. 5000, as well as awards for our outstanding workplace culture and benefits. **Job Summary & Responsibilities** As a Retirement & Wealth Customer Service Representative / Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for direct verbal and written communications with Automatic Rollover/Direct Rollover/Non-Retirement Accountholders, Plan Sponsors, Record-Keepers, and Third-Party Administrators. This role requires handling high call volumes daily, interacting with internal departments to resolve client requests or answer inquiries related to account activity and investments, and developing, strengthening, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and firm associates. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing client phone calls * Respond to email, voicemail, and chat inquiries from clients * Understand and articulate the account opening, distributions, and investment process to clients * Assist clients in ensuring that all required forms are fully completed * Handle troubleshooting inquiries related to Web and Online issues * Provide educated answers regarding IRAs, and IRS Codes * Maintain a professional approach to client service, consistent with protocol and service levels * Other duties as assigned **Essential Qualifications:** * 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment * Strong written, keyboarding, and verbal communication skills * Ability to apply relationship-building skills to internal and external clients * Proficient in Microsoft suite of products * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task * Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable * Ability to maintain the highest quality of service and professionalism * Positive attitude and ability to perform well in a collaborative team environment **Preferred Qualifications:** * Working knowledge of Salesforce/Service Cloud * Working knowledge of trust accounting systems, including some familiarity with investments * IRA/IRS rules and regulations knowledge and experience * Bilingual language skills **Compensation & Benefits** The compensation for this position will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills, and experience.
