The Role
- As a Sales Closer at Opority, you will:
- Handle pre-qualified appointments that have already been booked for you.
- Close deals over the phone or via video call.
- Follow proven frameworks but bring your own closing expertise to maximise conversion.
- Record calls and provide feedback for optimisation.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior closing experience required, you know how to handle objections and seal deals.
- Confident, persuasive communicator over the phone or video.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and coachable.
- Comfortable working on a commission-only basis.
- Compensation
- Commission-only, uncapped earnings.
- Earn a 20% percentage of every deal you close.
Average commission per deal: £300 to £800 per month+ depending on client size.
