We're seeking an experienced Sales & Customer Service Associate to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding the correct parts for their needs, and collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. - *Key Responsibilities**
As a Sales & Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service by answering incoming customer phone calls, managing incoming emails, and responding to customer text messages
- Assisting customers in finding the correct part for their needs using our internal systems
- Approving customer orders and ensuring they are forwarded to the shipping department for processing
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Assisting with managing customer warranty claims and communications
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints and inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Performing other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations
- *Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous customer service or sales experience is required; experience in the auto parts industry (e.g., O'Reilly, AutoZone), or a general understanding of auto parts and core parts is a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with computers, including email, CRM software, and other office tools such as MS Office Suite and Google Drive
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Resourceful and able to resolve customer concerns effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when processing and checking order forms
- Open-minded, team-oriented, and flexible with a positive attitude
