These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. You'll be working independently, but as part of a larger team, to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. **Contract Length and Rate** We offer a flexible contract with no fixed term, allowing you to work at your own pace and schedule. Our rate is $35 per hour, providing a competitive compensation package for your skills and experience. **Skills and Background** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) * The ability to work independently and closely follow provided steps and instructions * 10+ hours of availability per week * A reliable internet connection * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * A customer-centric approach with a focus on empathy and professionalism **Hours and Location** We're looking for individuals who can commit to 10+ hours of work per week. As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States (or worldwide, with some flexibility).
