We're seeking an experienced Sales Data Entry Clerk to join our Inside Sales team in Columbus, OH. As a Sales Data Entry Clerk, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales teams by accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems. You will work closely with our Inside Sales Manager to ensure that all data is up-to-date and accurate, and that our sales teams have the information they need to succeed.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Enter sales data into our systems, including customer information, sales orders, and delivery schedules
- Assist the Inside Sales team with data entry, research, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales data, customer interactions, and other relevant information
- Collaborate with the Inside Sales Manager to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Inside Sales Manager
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in sales data entry or a related field
- Excellent data entry skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

- Experience working in a sales or customer service environment
- Knowledge of waste management or a related industry
- Experience with CRM software and other sales-related systems
- Certification in data entry or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
