As a Scheduling and Customer Services Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Making a great first impression on the phone and in person, fostering a personalized and helpful experience for clients, and winning their trust and confidence.
  • Utilizing active listening skills to quickly determine the nature of objections and respond appropriately.
