You will also be responsible for unloading daily deliveries and stocking cases, displays, and backroom coolers with new and existing products/inventory. **Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded * Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the seafood department * Keep our shelves stocked with fresh products, including seafood items * Take orders, package product, and help customers locate what they need * Unload daily deliveries and stock cases, displays, and backroom coolers with new and existing products/inventory * Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers **Requirements** * 18 years or older * High school diploma or equivalent required * Previous customer service experience in a retail environment * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a seafood department or similar environment * Knowledge of seafood products and preparation methods * Ability to speak multiple languages * Previous experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent customer service skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized store environment **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** arenaflex is committed to the growth and development of our employees.
