We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Seasonal Customer Support Representative to join our team on a temporary, seasonal contract basis. As a representative of careerzynith, you'll be responsible for answering customer inquiries via phone and email, providing updates on current account status, and helping customers navigate our sign-up process. As a Seasonal Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing updates on current account status and helping customers navigate our sign-up process
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer support and exceptional service delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our services and industry trends
  • *Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A pleasant phone voice and excellent communication skills
  • Phone experience in a call center environment (preferred but not required)
