Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that students receive timely and effective support. You'll work closely with our team to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide guidance on a range of topics, including academic advising, course registration, and technical support. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide exceptional customer service to students via phone, email, and chat * Respond to and resolve student inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Collaborate with our team to resolve complex issues and provide guidance on educational-related topics * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our educational support services and products * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge **What You'll Need** * High-speed internet (50 Mbps or more) * A computer with Windows 10 or higher * A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home * A great attitude and willingness to learn * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **What's in It for You?** * Earn up to $1,200 or more every two weeks * Work from the comfort of your home * Help students across the country get ready for a successful school year * Potential to turn seasonal into full-time employment * Referral Bonus!
