Key Responsibilities Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service and support Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services, demonstrating a deep understanding of our offerings and their applications Demonstrate product knowledge and provide accurate information to clients, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in the industry Assist in product selection, suggesting alternatives and options where applicable, and making business transactions, managing money, and processing payments with precision Keep the sales area clean and organized, ensuring that merchandise is displayed correctly, and monitor product status and assist with returns and exchanges Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team marketing goals, building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service, staying connected with product knowledge, promotions, and company policy Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner, following all company safety policies, procedures, and protocols Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience Experience working with publicists, offices, or clients, with a strong understanding of the principles of customer service and relationship management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work Preferred Qualifications Experience building trusted-guide connections at C-level, with a strong understanding of the needs and challenges of senior executives Experience with arenaflex Promotion Arrangements, or similar digital marketing platforms, with a deep understanding of the principles of online advertising and marketing Experience with impacting inside an association to drive business achievement, with a strong understanding of the principles of business development and growth Capacity to work in vagueness and team up while dealing with various ventures, business leads, and inward partners, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work Capacity to characterize techniques and strategies that adjust to convey client business results, while exploring organization and client connections, with a strong understanding of the principles of customer service and relationship management

The US base compensation range for this full-time position is $148,000-$227,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
