Senior Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and success through data-driven insights and marketing expertise. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations to inform business decisions.
Your expertise in data analysis, marketing, and problem-solving will be essential in driving business outcomes and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities * Advanced Analysis and Insights: Perform in-depth, data-driven analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Use advanced SQL and data table information to inform business decisions and drive growth. * A/B Testing and Optimization: Champion the use of data-driven decision-making to optimize testing processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance channel performance.
* Data Expertise: Serve as the primary resource for Marketing Data Science, providing expertise on data tables, data usage, and data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies. * Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards to track channel performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to inform business decisions. * Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies, provide expertise on data analysis and marketing, and communicate complex ideas to senior-level stakeholders.
What You'll Need * Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, finance, business, or a related field with a quantitative focus. * Experience: 3+ years of experience in a data-intensive role, preferably in marketing, management consulting, startup/tech, finance, or a related field. * Skills:
Advanced SQL, data analysis, and bolthires Sheets/Excel skills; ability to identify patterns in data; knowledge of Python is a plus. * Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively; strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
