About the
Senior Analyst Role As a
Senior Analyst in our Credit & Fraud Risk Finance team, you will be responsible for supporting Provision, especially recoveries Forecasting & Results Analysis of our International Card portfolios, through a close partnership with Chief Credit Officers in the regions. You will also develop and present key analyses and monthly recoveries outcomes to senior management, provide thought leadership in the development/enhancement of Recoveries Forecasting models, and work cross-functionally on projects across the Risk Finance agency to support arenaflex in meeting its long-term growth targets.
How You Will Make an Impact * Support Provision, especially recoveries Forecasting & Results Analysis of our International Card portfolios, through a close partnership with Chief Credit Officers in the regions * Develop and present key analyses and monthly recoveries outcomes to senior management * Provide thought leadership in the development/enhancement of Recoveries Forecasting models, as well as strategic business analytics * Work cross-functionally on projects across the Risk Finance agency to support arenaflex in meeting its long-term growth targets Required Qualifications * Hands-on experience working on financial analytics using large quantities of data * Advanced Excel modeling skills and a high level of scalability in PowerPoint are required * Proficiency in SQL, Hive/Yellow Brick required; Python preferred * TM1, Tableau, Power BI or other visualization tool experience is strongly preferred * BS/MS in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science * Previous card/threat control experience and/or 1+ years of work experience preferred Skills * Highly encouraged individual with the ability to work on ambiguous tasks, with the potential to break down and execute complex ideas * Be a data-driven, outcome-targeted, and fast learner * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a precise interest in detail * Ability to explain complex mathematical concepts * Ability to resolve ad-hoc business issues independently and manage multiple priorities and tasks while adhering to deadlines Considerations for Sponsorship * Depending on factors such as business unit requirements, the nature of the role, salary, and relevant laws, arenaflex may offer visa sponsorship for certain positions
