We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our OAP team, specifically within the ACS Asset Planning group. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for providing critical insights and analysis to support the development of predictive models, asset utilization, and staffing measurements. Key Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models and forecasts to proactively identify required ACS setup needs, collaborating with cross-functional ACS departments
- Analyze asset utilization and identify more optimal and efficient solutions
- Prepare reports related to the execution of asset planning initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in ACS asset planning
- Conduct data analysis and modeling to support business decisions and drive results
- Present findings to OAP and specialty unit leaders, including senior executives
- Act as an internal expert to stakeholders and provide insights to drive business outcomes
- Consistently prioritize safety and security, of self and others, as the top priority
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Experience with analytical tools, such as SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Strong business acumen, statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex processes with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written, presentation, and verbal skills, with the ability to create concise, relevant, and data-driven reports and presentations for senior leaders
- Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and perform well under pressure
- Experience with MS Office is required
- High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
Preferred Qualifications
