  • **Digital Proficiency**: Navigating web-based & e-commerce specific software applications, knowledge bases, instant messaging, and internet searches to provide accurate and timely information.
  • **Collaboration and Communication**: Working closely with internal teams to resolve issues, escalating concerns as needed, and maintaining open communication with members.

To succeed as a Senior Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

  • **3+ Years of Call Center or Relevant Customer Service Experience**: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
