Job Summary In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to arenaflex's clients, working closely with the Uncertainties (Guardian and Trust Administrations) - Returned Statements group within the Wealth and Investment Management division. As a

Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be expected to support the execution of less experienced client care agents, provide input and present plans to improve or implement processes and tools, and perform complex client care tasks.

You will also be responsible for giving topic expertise and interpretation of methodology to less experienced client assistance agents and providing guidance to meet defined efficiency and performance objectives. Key Responsibilities Support the execution of less experienced client care agents, new or upgraded services and procedural changes, and the overall effectiveness of the team Provide input and present plans to improve or implement processes and tools with a general client support influence Perform complex client care tasks, including handling incoming and outgoing calls to clients and utilizing various systems to research and resolve issues with client addresses on statements Give topic expertise and interpretation of methodology to less experienced client assistance agents and provide guidance to meet defined efficiency and performance objectives Collaborate with the quick team and communicate with different departments to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction Suggest areas requiring improvement and implement changes to improve the overall effectiveness of the team Engage with internal and external clients to provide exceptional customer service and support Required Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree and at least 4+ years of client support, financial services, or contact center experience, or comparable experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

You will also need to have excellent client care skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing skills.
