We strive to cultivate an environment where every individual feels valued, respected, and empowered to bring their whole selves to work, contributing unique perspectives and talents. **The Role** As a Senior Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Owning the customer outcomes, ensuring they're receiving value from arenaflex's solutions * Understanding the value of arenaflex to the customer and articulating that back to key stakeholders and executives * Managing a portfolio of 25-30 Enterprise Customers between $2-3m ARR * Understanding customer pain points and strategic objectives and how they can be solved with arenaflex's technology * Success planning with the customer to develop a plan to maximize value * Building and maintaining trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and executives * Identifying new opportunities within our existing customer base and collaborating with the sales team to expand ARR * Delivering insights based on customer and industry usage to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and expansion * Acting as an escalation point when things aren't going to plan * Proactively organizing and hosting regular client check-in meetings, onsite visits, and Strategic Business Reviews * Coordinating and managing client special requests and projects * International travel will be required from time to time **The Candidate** We're looking for an exceptional Senior Customer Success Manager with: * 8+ years of experience in a Customer Success Role * A strategic mindset with experience managing large, multinational accounts * Understanding of the difference between Customer Success and Customer Service * Ability to have strategic conversations with and present to senior customer executives * Proven business-to-business relationship-building skills * Demonstrated background in developing and managing commercial relationships * Strong technical acumen to add value to customer discussions and translate product strengths into business value * Experience in AI and bot technology is highly desirable * Knowledge of testing and the software development lifecycle is desirable * Strong analytical skills and ability to identify patterns and spot trends * Strong program management skills * Excellent presentation skills * Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is desirable * German and/or French speaker is a bonus but not essential **The Person** We're looking for someone who is: * Organized * Process-driven * Shows initiative * Customer-focused * Articulate and confident * A communicator * A problem solver **What We Offer** As a Senior Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * Paid Maternity, Paternity, and Adoptive Leave * Health Insurance * Hybrid working based in Ireland * Flexible Working * Competitive Salary * Employee Assistance Programme * A place to grow * Continuous Learning and Development * Pension * Income Protection * Death in Service **Why You Should Join Us** At arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a group of people who share common goals, are driven by a similar passion, and value the expertise of their peers.
