Senior Data Analyst, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of retail media. Key Responsibilities As a
Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for: ### Information Extraction * Identify and extract relevant information from various sources, consolidating data into comprehensive reports * Utilize your expertise in SQL and data analysis tools to extract insights from large datasets * Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and minimize errors ### Information Perception and Revealing * Design and implement visually appealing dashboards and reports that effectively communicate key findings to stakeholders * Ensure precision and clarity in data presentation, empowering informed decision making across the organization * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions that drive business growth ### Cross-Functional Collaboration * Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Data Science, to streamline data collection, storage, and analysis processes * Share expertise and knowledge on data-related projects and initiatives, driving collaboration and innovation * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and data-driven decision making ### Information Quality Assurance and Integrity * Execute thorough quality control processes to maintain the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of data used for insights and reporting * Identify potential biases and recommend actions to mitigate them * Develop and implement data governance policies to ensure data quality and compliance Essential Qualifications * 4+ years of experience in SQL with large datasets or comparable platforms * 4+ years of experience in data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms * 4+ years of experience in leading data analysis and interpretation * 4+ years of experience with bolthires Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications * Understanding and experience working with digital media tech stacks * Familiarity with DMPs, DSPs, SSPs, bolthires Cloud Platform, or Adobe Marketing Cloud * Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across functions * Strong communication and interpersonal skills Education * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience (4+ years) What We Offer * Competitive hourly rate of $21 * Flexible remote work arrangements * Opportunity to grow your career in a rapidly evolving industry * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Professional development opportunities, including training and education programs If you're a motivated and detail-oriented
