We are now seeking an experienced
Senior Data Analyst to of analytics experts, who will be responsible for analyzing complex customer data, identifying areas for improvement, and developing data-driven recommendations to enhance the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities and Expectations
The successful candidate will be a data expert on a balanced team engaged in key CX initiatives for arenaflex. The primary responsibilities of this role include: Combining business and customer understanding with analytical expertise to make sound recommendations and drive business outcomes Continuous discovery and data exploration to identify new insights and opportunities for growth Developing a deep understanding of the data domain for assigned initiatives, including data sources, structures, and relationships Tracking the benefits of actions taken by the CX team using multiple data sources and creating advanced SQL queries to power dashboards Designing and maintaining front-end dashboards using tools like Tableau to visualize complex data insights Collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement a new CX data platform, including creating base queries and documentation to support business teams Providing ad-hoc analytics support to address business questions and inform strategic decisions Establishing Reporting Standards and Best Practices
The
Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for establishing reporting standards and best practices across the organization, including architecting and implementing a reporting framework, overseeing data mining efforts, and developing programs and methodologies for analyzing and presenting data.
This will involve collaborating with stakeholders, developers, UX designers, and end-users to determine requirements and ensure that reporting standards meet business needs. Data Analysis and Technical Skills
The ideal candidate will have significant experience working with data and using advanced analytics techniques, including data analysis, development of SQL scripts, stored procedures, and triggers, and report generation. They will also be proficient in data cleansing and validation, preparing data load scripts for mass data loads, and using varied database applications and analytical tools.
Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, the candidate will possess: A bachelor's degree in a field related to data analysis or a equivalent degree At least 7 years of work experience, with 1-2 years of data analysis experience (4-6 years for senior positions) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate actively and work in a team environment Strong logic and attention to detail, with a commitment to organized, high-quality deliverables Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks, with a self-motivated and self-managed approach to work Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are preferred: 1-2 years of experience in data management, process analysis, and improvement Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau Knowledge of usability best practices and user design Creative approach to problem-solving, innovation, and issue resolution Ability to mentor colleagues on standards, best practices, and new technology concepts
