Job Overview As a
Senior Data Analyst on our Customer Experience team, you will serve as a data expert, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive customer-centric initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us understand our customers, identify opportunities for improvement, and measure the effectiveness of our efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, developers, UX designers, and end-users, to determine requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities Combine business and customer understanding with analytical expertise to make sound recommendations and drive business growth Conduct continuous discovery and data exploration to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform customer experience initiatives Develop and maintain advanced SQL queries that power dashboards and provide data-driven insights Create and maintain front-end dashboards in tools like Tableau to visualize data and facilitate decision-making Help design and implement the new CX data platform, including creating base queries and documentation to assist business teams in connecting to this new data source Track the benefits of actions by the CX team using multiple stitched data sources and provide regular progress updates Establish reporting standards and best practices, architect and implement a reporting framework, and oversee data mining efforts Collaborate with stakeholders to determine requirements, develop programs, methodologies, and files for analyzing and presenting data, and provide data analysis, development of SQL scripts, stored procedures, and triggers, and report generation Perform data cleansing and validation, prepare data load scripts for mass data load from various data sources, and use varied database applications and analytical tools Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of technical, business, and interpersonal skills.
The essential qualifications for this position include: A bachelor's degree in a field related to data analysis or a equivalent degree At least 7 years of work experience, with 1-2 years of data analysis experience (4-6 years for senior position) Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills Strong logic and attention to detail, with the ability to become an expert on customer data and quickly learn the business Preferred qualifications include experience in data management, process analysis, and improvement, as well as certifications in data analysis or related fields.
