Senior Data Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include: * Directing the delivery of arenaflex's healthcare data and insights, driving business initiatives and projects.

* Maintaining long-term and ad-hoc data ETL and data warehousing activities to meet arenaflex's healthcare reporting and analytics requirements. * Designing, developing, and deploying layered data warehouses and data pipelines to support business intelligence and analytics projects. * Developing data governance and pre-processing principles for populating accurate and meaningful data models attached to report-specific working tables for both business intelligence and pre-defined reporting arrangements.

* Applying data extraction, transformation, and loading best practices to integrate large datasets from various arenaflex internal systems and external records. * Performing data profiling and analysis across internal systems, manually maintained data, and standard healthcare datasets (e.g., patient segmentation, clinical cases, pharmacy claims, HEDIS ECDS documents). * Creating internal tools for automation of all development-related activities (data processing, QA, data validation, etc.). Essential Capabilities: To succeed in this role, you will need: * Proven, hands-on experience writing and tuning SQL-based ETL/ELT scripts.

* Experience designing and deploying sensibly isolated data conditions using ETL/ELT services, including but not limited to, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or Snowflake. * Experience providing thought leadership and presenting data rationalist semantic layer upgrades connected with BI innovation stage like PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker. * Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical teams, internal partners, clients, and vendor partners. * At least 2 years of experience contributing to business decisions in the workplace.

* At least 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership, or cross-functional team management experience. * Ability to travel up to/no less than 5% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state). Preferred Capabilities: * Data Management Certified Analytics
