- *Job Description**
As a Senior Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our billing process. Your day will consist of mentoring team members in processes and practices, verifying services or charges listed on invoices, managing and completing exceptions on invoices, and ensuring data accuracy. You will also be responsible for:
- Inputting data from bills into company software
- Recognizing and researching anomalies within bills
- Collaborating with other team members to resolve bill issues
- Maintaining attention to detail and ensuring data accuracy
- Managing and prioritizing workload to hit standards of excellence
- Adapting to different processes and projects as needed

- Clear and professional written and verbal communication

- High School Diploma or GED required
