About the Role We are seeking an experienced
Senior Data Scientist to at arenaflex. As a
Senior Data Scientist, you will have the opportunity to utilize advanced analysis, experimentation, causal inference, and strategic problem-solving to develop digitally enabled products. You will be part of the Endeavor Digital Analytics (EDA) group, where you will work closely with colleagues to grasp their concerns and develop analytical solutions, analyze customer journeys to identify opportunities to drive more adoption, engagement, retention, and conversion, and foster personalization capabilities using AI to bolthires specific audiences for meaningful efforts.
Key Responsibilities Carry out advanced data analysis and predictive modeling to drive business outcomes Collaborate with colleagues to understand their concerns and objectives, develop predictive modeling, statistical analysis, data reports, and performance metrics Create and participate in presentations and meetings to existing and planned constituents on analysis results and solutions Communicate with internal and external partners and leaders to exchange complex information related to areas of specialization Utilize strong data insights in algorithms and predictive models to navigate issues, identify patterns, and suggest solutions Use strong programming skills to analyze, compare, and interpret large volumes of data in various formats Essential Qualifications 3+ years of experience applying modern AI methods to build predictive models for both classification and regression problems 3+ years of experience using Python and SQL 2+ years of experience extracting meaningful insights from analysis and interpreting results of complex models to present to business audiences, including technical, non-technical, and senior leaders 2+ years of experience preparing data for analysis, working with data engineering teams to create modeling datasets, evaluate data quality, and perform feature engineering 2+ years of experience applying knowledge of advanced analytics tools and languages to analyze large datasets from various data sources 2+ years of experience in experiment design and managed/solo AI approaches Preferred Qualifications Experience designing online experiments (A/B testing) Shows strong ability to convey technical ideas and recommendations to colleagues Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with colleagues, project team members, and senior management Ability to anticipate and prevent issues and obstacles before they occur Shows expertise in multiple areas of numerical analysis techniques, AI, statistical analysis, experiment design, and predictive modeling, and in-depth specialization in certain areas Education A graduate degree or equivalent work experience in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
A PhD in a related discipline is preferred. Salary and Benefits
The ordinary salary range for this position is $106,605.00 - $206,000.00. This salary range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on various factors, including experience, education, geography, and other significant factors. This position is eligible for an arenaflex bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base salary range listed above.
