Senior E-Commerce Analyst to guide our website and mobile applications' strategic initiatives by providing ongoing reporting and analysis leveraging all web and app metrics and error analysis data to offer transparency and optimize our digital systems.
This role will play a pivotal function in supporting all e-commerce digital systems by generating comprehensive deliverables, providing insights, and maintaining data integrity. The e-commerce analyst will actively engage with key stakeholders across departments, including but not limited to: the Product team, Revenue Analytics, Marketing, Ancillaries, and IT to partner on delivering timely, accurate insights and ensuring tools, processes, and reporting are optimized. Key Responsibilities: Translate data into actionable insights to unlock growth across eCommerce, Acquisition, and Retention.
Translate data into directly interpretable formats (including dashboards and control reports) that can impact key business decisions and prioritization in the Product Organization. Leverage various reporting tools and syndicated intelligence to identify trends and competitive happenings. Error analysis of all digital Products. Conduct ad-hoc projects, reports, and analyses as determined by senior management. Weekly senior management reports. Assist with data requirements for key projects. Continuously monitor reporting effectiveness, evolve current reports, and identify opportunities to automate and gain efficiencies in data collection and reporting where possible.
Present data collected in an executive summary or presentation to leaders and offer insights or feedback. Ensure data accuracy/integrity is continuously maintained through weekly data acquisition, processing, cleaning, and auditing. Partner with the Product team and IT to ensure business needs are being met with well-maintained data architect/mapping for smooth data flows. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders outside and inside the organization. Other Functions: Assist in developing junior team members across the Revenue Analytics, Pricing, & Revenue Management teams to deepen the team's collective skillset and enhance overall performance around e-commerce and all Digital Products.
Lead change across the organization by improving directly owned processes & taking initiative to champion cross-functional opportunities. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce and Digital Analytics, with an established track record of delivering value through data-driven decisions. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Inclined to resolve problems, own resolutions, and step up in leadership vacuums. bolthires Analytics Certifications are highly preferred. Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Deep knowledge of bolthires Analytics, GA4 preferred. Experience with bolthires Tag Manager.
Experience with other reporting and error analysis tools such as Content Square, Dynatrace, and Noibu. Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience organizing hints in these areas for others. Strong experience in personal duty concerning decision-making and maintaining stakeholder relationships. Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality. Experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively head off obstacles.
Knowledge of coding and design best practices is a plus. Experience in Azure DevOps is a plus.
