Senior Financial Analyst to at arenaflex. As a
Senior Financial Analyst, you will develop complex financial models to support decision-making related to new product development, product portfolio assessment, profitability of new opportunities, capital investments, income models, income margin assessment, and the impact of regulatory changes. You will define financial requirements for new products and features, analyze and summarize divisional financial statements, expenses, and records, and provide recommendations for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities Develop complex financial models to support decision-making related to new product development, product portfolio assessment, profitability of new opportunities, capital investments, income models, income margin assessment, and the impact of regulatory changes. Define financial requirements for new products and features. Analyze and summarize divisional financial statements, expenses, and records. Provide recommendations for decision-making. Perform moderate to complex financial analysis, including research and identifying, designing, and implementing packages and tools to meet reporting and analysis needs.
Run multiple scenarios through models and interpret financial impact. Measure financial results against budget and forecast. Assist in the development of long-range financial plans and continuously analyze ongoing financial results. Work closely with specific departments within arenaflex to ensure that strategic objectives are achieved. May assist in the development of the annual budget and analyze actual and budgeted figures on an ongoing basis. Create and maintain detailed budgeting templates. Assess analytical tools and various formats of data availability, research, and build new programs that enable multiple lines of data to be protected, allowing for more in-depth analysis and comparison.
Review monthly financial results for each assigned business unit, identifying key trends, variances, and areas for improved performance. Work with specific departments in arenaflex for account reconciliation. Provide information and assistance to management regarding expenditures, purchases, and specific costs of doing business. Answer complex request for proposal (RFP) questions related to new business and customer renewals for multiple programs. Perform ad hoc analyses and forecasts for internal management institutions and external customers.
Provide guidance and training to associate analysts and analysts on financial modeling, data extraction techniques, and budgetary considerations. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in an analytical role in finance, accounting, business management, quantitative analysis, or economics. Experience with financial analysis, financial modeling, profitability analysis, and/or auditing techniques. Experience using time management skills, including prioritizing/organizing and tracking data and meeting aggressive deadlines for multiple tasks with various final contact dates.
Experience with reading and reporting data to identify problems, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and identify solutions. Intermediate degree skills in bolthires PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within the country and out of the country). Preferred Qualifications Preferred candidates will have: A Master's Degree or MBA.
