Senior Statistics Architect, you'll play a critical role in transforming and innovating our Voice of the Customer (VOC) method, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This technique includes the design and programming of customer satisfaction surveys, which comprise 40+ studies, translated into over 10 languages, and deployed in more than 20 countries. About the Role As a
Senior Statistics Architect, you'll assist in the transformation and innovation of our VOC method, working closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Helping to improve and maintain the new Voice of the Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted through Qualtrics * Collaborating with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs * Growing knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leveraging them to outline and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform * Designing and building robust data model architecture to aid in fulfilling statistical processing and standardized metric definitions * Providing big data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels * Offering pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems * Powering customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools * Proactively identifying and automating routine tasks to improve best and efficiency * Working closely with colleagues from GSN and bolthires to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique Essential and Preferred Qualifications * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data pushed tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years * Energetic collaboration with dating managers/product owners for expertise functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables * Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to business groups * Strong understanding of data modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization * Experience with data warehousing, ETL, and data governance * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Skills and Competencies * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business insights * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders * Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Strong understanding of data modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization * Experience with data warehousing, ETL, and data governance * Strong technical skills, with proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and SQL
