You'll work collaboratively in a team of CSMs managing a shared install base of customers, collaborating on plays to drive programs and strategies to help our customers grow at scale, and engaging customers via both inbound shared email inbox and proactive outreach. You'll also use arenaflex tools to drive product value and usage through various engagement types, including email, customer webinars, and small group coaching. **Key Responsibilities** * Work collaboratively in a team of CSMs managing a shared install base of customers * Collaborate on plays to drive programs and strategies to help our customers grow at scale * Engage customers via both inbound shared email inbox and proactive outreach, resolving customer needs by aligning them with the right resources * Use arenaflex tools to drive product value and usage through various engagement types, including email, customer webinars, and small group coaching * Partner with internal teams to maintain, activate, and grow customer investment across arenaflex's platform * Positively contribute to an inclusive team culture of skill development and peer-to-peer feedback * Implement regional and globally lead engagement plays and pilots actively providing feedback as we strive to solve for our customers and provide the right help at the right time **You Have:** * Fluency in both English and Spanish * Excellent problem-solving, self-starter, critical thinking, and presentation skills * Aptitude for learning software * Prior experience in a customer service, project-based, or consulting role * A deep interest in using data and analytics to identify customer needs (the right engagement at the right time) * Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strict attention to details * Strong communication skills across diverse mediums * The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable giving and receiving feedback as we strive for continuous improvement * A verifiable track record of consistently meeting and exceeding goals **What We Offer** * A dynamic and growing organization with a passion for making a difference * A culture that empowers people to do their best work * Opportunities for career growth and development * A competitive compensation and benefits package * A comprehensive training program to help you succeed in your role * A collaborative and inclusive work environment * Flexible work arrangements to support your work-life balance * Access to the latest technology and tools to help you do your job effectively **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for customer success, we want to hear from you!
