Our consumer-friendly interface and decision support tools empower individuals to navigate the complex world of health insurance with confidence. **Job Summary** As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs.
