Job Overview In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven marketing solutions that drive business results. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy scalable marketing analytics products that empower our suppliers and sellers to make informed decisions. Your expertise in data science, marketing analytics, and product development will be instrumental in shaping the future of our marketing capabilities. Key Responsibilities Develop and refine display advertising measurement techniques, including sales lift, artificial control group, ghost ads, MMM, MTA, A/B testing, and other methodologies Define vision and strategies for display advertising measurement methodologies, leveraging industry expertise, internal and external best practices, market opportunities, business cases, and objective setting Build collaborative relationships with key partners by prioritizing business goals, communicating, and aligning product roadmaps, and securing buy-in from executive management Manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, determine rollout strategies, and mitigate risks Continuously engage with senior management and stakeholders to ensure alignment and manage interdependencies Explain complex modeling methods in simple terms and develop compelling narratives that connect modeling results with business problems Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline data generation answers and integrate disparate data sources, leveraging modern analytics best practices to deliver actionable insights to partners and senior management Present media insights and recommendations to various levels of senior clients Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of technical, business, and interpersonal skills.
We're looking for individuals who are passionate about data science, marketing analytics, and product development, with a proven track record of driving business results through data-driven insights. Essential Qualifications Master's degree in data science, statistics, economics, operations research, engineering, or a related field 6+ years of industry experience in data science, measurement, marketing strategy, and analytics, Ad-Tech, Mar-Tech, or related fields Proficient coding skills (SQL/Python/R) and database knowledge Experienced in building measurement solutions, including sales lift, ghost ads, market mix, and multi-touch attribution models; extensive experience with predictive modeling algorithms Experience in product management or a related field Strong project management skills, including managing technical resources and multiple priorities and milestones A collaborative mindset and a sense of curiosity Sound business judgment, as well as the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements, and prioritize Strong oral and written communication skills are essential, with a proven ability to persuade others internally and externally Preferred Qualifications Ph.D.
degree in Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, or a related field Experience in end-to-end product delivery, self-serve platforms, design, user experiences, automation, optimizations, and data analytics

Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $160,000.00-$230,000.00 per year, depending on experience.
