Hello!
We are looking for an experienced ghostwriter to collaborate with us on a steamy Bratva Romance series in the Kindle Unlimited market.
This is not a beginner role. We are specifically looking for a writer who is obsessed with mafia romance, reads the genre constantly, and stays up to date with current bestsellers and trends.
Our goal is to create fast-paced, addictive mafia romances with strong tropes, compelling characters, and high emotional stakes that readers can’t put down.
Project Overview
We will provide:
Core story concepts and required tropes
Series direction and character dynamics
Editorial guidance and feedback
You will be responsible for:
Creating a high-level chapter-by-chapter outline, diving into details as needed
Writing engaging, emotionally intense manuscripts
Delivering stories that follow the proven structure of bestselling mafia romance
Readers should feel like they cannot stop turning the pages.
Our budget for the initial project is approximately $6,000 for a 5-book series.
However, we are absolutely open to discussion for writers with proven experience and insanely strong writing samples and proven results (sales on Amazon).
Our goal is to find the right long-term collaborator.
Ideal Writer
You are someone who:
Reads mafia romance regularly and understands the market
Is obsessed with tropes, tension, and emotional payoff
Understands Kindle Unlimited pacing and cliffhanger structures
Loves creating irresistible Chapter One hooks
Can build strong chapter cliffhangers that keep readers turning pages
You are both a storyteller and a strategist when it comes to writing mafia romance fiction.
Requirements
You must:
Be a native English speaker
Have experience writing mafia romance
Understand mafia romance tropes and reader expectations
Be able to produce 15k+ words per week
Be skilled at plotting and story structure
Be comfortable creating chapter-by-chapter outlines before drafting
Be communicative and collaborative
Deliver 100% original content (no recycled material)
Be willing to revise drafts as needed to strengthen the book
We give detailed and developmental feedback and expect a collaborative revision process - this isn’t a ‘write it and hand it off’ arrangement
You must also be willing to:
Sign an NDA and ghostwriting agreement
Join a Zoom call interview before starting the project

If this initial project goes well, there will be ongoing series work available.
