As a Store Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves our stores feeling valued, informed, and satisfied

- *Essential Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in retail, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn arenaflex products and services quickly
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move around the store as needed

- Experience working in a retail or sales environment with a focus on customer service
- Knowledge of paints, coatings, or related products
- Familiarity with visual merchandising, inventory management, and store maintenance
