We're seeking an experienced Temporary Accounting/Data Entry Clerk to join our team for approximately 6 weeks. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely, with the flexibility to choose your own hours within a 6-8 hour day. You'll have the chance to work on a variety of tasks, including data entry and basic research, while developing your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.
- *About the Role:**
As a Temporary Accounting/Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
- Performing data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Conducting basic research to support accounting and data entry functions
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Collaborating with the accounting team to ensure seamless data entry and processing
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders
- Participating in department meetings and training sessions as required
- *Qualifications and Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Basic accounting knowledge is a plus, but not required

- Previous experience in accounting or data entry
