This role is vital to our success, as it plays a critical part in managing leads generated from various events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering lead data into our system in a timely manner. **Responsibilities** As a Temporary Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Entering lead data within 5 working days of receiving a lead form * Ensuring all data is entered accurately and efficiently * Collaborating with the University Relations team to manage the flow of lead data * Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information * Meeting deadlines and working independently * Utilizing strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Accessing a computer and utilizing relevant software **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines * Previous data entry experience is preferred but not required * Access to a computer **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you will need to possess: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information * Proficiency in relevant software and technology **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to the growth and development of our employees.
